These conditions govern access to the NowLabs website, use of its contents and the commercial information published about AI, automation, integrations and intelligent agents services.
Scope: use of the website, commercial information and contact prior to engagement.
Engagement: Projects are formalised through a proposal, scope and conditions accepted in writing.
Model: B2B consulting, deployment, automation and evolutive support services.
The information on the website does not constitute a closed contractual offer until a proposal is confirmed. Prices, timing and results may vary depending on systems, data, integrations and real project scope.
01 · Object and acceptance
By browsing the website you accept these conditions applicable to the site. When a specific proposal or contract exists for a project, its conditions prevail over the general information published.
02 · Correct use of the site
Any fraudulent, illegal or harmful use of the site is prohibited, as well as massive content extraction without authorisation. NowLabs reserves the right to block access in case of abnormal or unauthorised automated use.
03 · Commercial information and prices
Published packages are indicative. Prices may vary depending on applicable taxes, real complexity, integrations and third-party licences. Any commitment requires a written proposal accepted by both parties.
04 · AI services and outcomes
AI system results depend on context, the quality of available data, existing integrations and team adoption. AI operates within configured rules and requires human supervision in critical decisions.
05 · Client responsibilities
The client commits to providing truthful information, necessary access, internal validation of deliverables and communication of any applicable regulatory, sectoral or data protection restrictions.
06 · Intellectual property and materials
The client retains rights over its materials, data and brands. NowLabs retains its methodologies, templates and technical know-how. Ownership of specific deliverables is defined in each project's contract.
07 · Support, maintenance and changes
Support and maintenance services are provided according to the contracted plan and exclude complete system redesigns. Changes in external platforms (APIs, SaaS, models) may require additional adjustments.
08 · Applicable law
These conditions shall be interpreted under Spanish legislation. Any dispute will first be attempted to be solved amicably between the parties.
